We are a No Smoking house

Bookings
Provisional bookings can be made by mail, phone or email.

Deposits
All advance bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of one third of the agreed rental and may be paid by cash or cheque.

Cancellations
For cancellations effected more than 7 days prior to intended arrival date, deposits will be refunded in full.

For cancellations effected 7 or less days prior to intended arrival date, return of deposit will be subject to our being able to re-let the room.

N.B. For bookings for The Great Dorset Steam Fair payment is required in full at the time of booking, or 30 days prior to intended arrival date, whichever is the later. In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be effected subject to our being able to re-let the room.

Payment
On arrival, payment may be made in cash or by personal cheque backed by an appropriate bank card.

A fully itemised receipt will be provided.

Smoking
Smoke detectors are fitted on all floors precluding smoking throughout the house.

Dogs
Dogs are only permitted by prior consent. Where permitted they must be well behaved and cause no damage whatsoever to fittings and furniture. We reserve the right to make a charge of £5.00 for the additional cleaning prior to the occupation of the next guest.

Late arrivals (after 6.00pm)
Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 6.00pm.

Check in/check out times
Normal check in time should not be before 1500 hours. If you require an earlier check in, please advise us in advance. Check out time is 10.30 hours.
